Graveside services for Bobby Sheehan will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 11, 2023 in the Immaculate Conception Cemetery with Rev. Joseph Desmoine officiating.  Burial will follow.  Arrangements are under the direction of Hixson-Ducote Funeral Home of Plaucheville.

Robert John Sheehan, age 77 of Dupont, passed away on Wednesday, March 8, 2023 at his residence.

Bobby was a simple man that lived a simple life.  He loved spending time outdoors hunting and fishing and he loved the Saints.

He is preceded in death by a daughter, Brenda Myers; a son, Martin Sheehan; father, Gerald Sheehan; and mother and step-father, Lillian Pepiton Marks and Robert Marks.

Survivors include his children, John Anthony Sheehan (Debra) of Denham Springs, Shannon Hogan of Lafayette, Nicholas Scott Guillory (Shelley) of Breaux Bridge, Jebeau Christopher Sheehan of Dupont and Tiffany Paige Sheehan (Keith) of Dupont; a brother, Frank Sheehan of CA; and his grandchildren, Derek McDowell, Coralie Guillory, Sophie Sheehan, Kai Sheehan, Ember Carmouche, Tytan Roy and Tahj Roy.

Friends may visit on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until 12:45 p.m. at the Immaculate Conception Church Hall in Dupont.
