Funeral services for Peggy Grace will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 20, 2022 in the chapel of Hixson-Ducote Funeral Home of Bunkie with Bro. Freddie Johnson officiating.  Burial will follow in the St. Joseph Baptist Church Cemetery in Haasville.  Arrangements are under the direction of Hixson-Ducote Funeral Home of Bunkie.

Mrs. Grace, age 80 of Alexandria, formerly of Bunkie, passed away on Sunday, December 11, 2022 at St. Francis Cabrini Hospital.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Edward Grace, Sr.; parents, Henry and Louise Thompson Turner; and her siblings, Freddie Ellis, and Rosalee Jones.

Survivors include her son, Edward Grace, Jr. and wife Michelle of Alexandria; her grandchildren, Edward A'Shawn Grace, JeMark Small, and A'Piffany Braxton; her great-grandchildren, Tylin Grace, JeKyra Smith, Alexis Griffin, Malakai Williams and Kamyra Johnson; a niece, Wanda Celestine of Florida and nephews, Jerry Rodgers of Woodworth, Roderick Rodgers of Alexandria.

Pallbearers will include: Edward Grace, Jr., Edward A'Shawn Grace., JeMark Small, Jerry Rodgers, Roderick Rodgers and Amos Augustine, Jr.

Friends may visit on Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at 11:00 a.m. at Hixson-Ducote Funeral Home of Bunkie.
