MURTY GAUTHIER
Funeral services for Murty Gauthier will be at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, June 21, 2013 at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church with the Rev. Joseph Xavier officiating. Burial will follow in the Pythian Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Hixson-Ducote Funeral Home of Bunkie.
Mrs. Gauthier, age 88 of Bunkie, passed away on Wednesday, June 19, 2013 at Naomi Heights Nursing Home in Alexadria.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Hulin Gauthier, Sr.; and a son, Hulin Gauthier, Jr.
Survivors include a son, Glynn Gauthier, Sr.; three daughters, Diana Horton of Hessmer, Beverly Lemoine and her husband Arthur of Bunkie, and Gail Eskew and her husband Mike of Ball; 17 grandchildren and 35 great-grandchildren.
Friends may call from 9:00 a.m. until 1:45 p.m. at Hixson-Ducote Funeral Home of Bunkie. A rosary will be cited at 11:00 a.m. on Friday at the funeral home.
