MICHAEL ST. ROMAIN
A funeral mass for Michael St. Romain will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, July 18, 2011 at St. Alphonse Catholic Church with the Rev. Edwin Rodriguez officiating. Burial will follow in the church mausoleum. Arrangements are under the direction of Hixson-Ducote Funeral Home of Bunkie.
Mr. St. Romain, age 58 of Hessmer, passed away on Saturday, July 16, 2011 at Avoyelles Hospital.
He is preceded in death by his father, Clebert St. Romain; and a sister, Cynthia Bowman.
Survivors include his wife; Lisa Dubroc St. Romain of Hessmer; three sons, Mitchell St. Romain of Lamark, TX, Christopher St. Romain of Belledeau, and Gregory St. Romain of Hessmer; one daughter, Lisha Jones of Marksville; four brothers, Gary St. Romain of Cottonport, Bruce St. Romain of Hessmer, Peter St. Romain of Hessmer, and Philogene St. Romain of Mansura; two sisters, Deborah Fontenot of Marksville and Jean Lemoine of Alexandria; his mother, Delores St. Romain of Hessmer; and 5 grandchildren.
Friends may call from 10:00 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. on Monday at Hixson-Ducote Funeral Home of Bunkie.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family to help with funeral expenses.
