MARY ELLA JOUBERT VIDRINE

Funeral services for Ella Vidrine will be at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, May 6, 2013 at Our Lady Queen of All Saints with the Rev. Mitchell Guidry officiating. Burial will follow in the Old Ville Platte Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Ardoin's Funeral Home and Hixson-Ducote Funeral Home of Bunkie.
Mrs. Vidrine, age 92 of Ville Platte, passed away on Saturday, May 04, 2013 at her residence.
She is preceded in death by a daughter; Justine Vidrine; her parents, Herbert and Celise Johnson Joubert.
Survivors include four sons; Ramsey Vidrine of Baton Rouge, Carl Raymond Vidrine of Jackson, LA, William Blane Vidrine of New Roads, and Frank Michael Vidrine of Ville Platte; two daughters, Jane Vidrine Duos of Ville Platte and Loretia Vidrine Coleman of Ball, LA; one brother, Lovery Joubert of St. Francisville; one sister, Mary Ann Joubert Veillon of Ville Platte; 20 grandchildren, 39 great-grandchildren and 12 great-great-grandchildren.
Friends may call from 3:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. on Sunday and 9:00 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. on Monday at Ardoin's Funeral Home in Ville Platte. A rosary will be cited at 6:30 p.m. on Sunday.
