Lula Mae Gaspard, age 85 of Marksville, passed away peacefully on Friday, May 30, 2025 at the Bayou Chateau Nursing Home in Simmesport.  Arrangements are under the direction of Hixson-Ducote Funeral Home of Bunkie.

She is preceded in death by her husband Robert Gaspard, Sr.; her son, Robert Gaspard, Jr.; parents, Lance and Hannah Deville Coco; and her siblings, Mildred Knoll, Hazel Rachal, Barbara Crawford, Doris Clark and Bobby Coco.

Survivors include her daughter, Stephanie Gaspard of Bunkie; a brother, Layton Coco of Hamburg; grandchildren, Holly Robert and husband Drew, Heidi Desselle, Roark Gaspard and Ainsley Gaspard; and her great-grandchildren, Logan Payne, Kiley Payne, Landon Rachal and Landry Robert.
