Funeral services for Leo Ferguson will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 15, 2021 in the chapel of Hixson-Ducote Funeral Home with Bro. Steve Davis officiating.  Burial will follow in the Pythian Cemetery.  Arrangements are under the direction of Hixson-Ducote Funeral Home of Bunkie.

Mr. Ferguson, age51 of Bunkie, passed away on Saturday, September 11, 2021 at Opelousas General Hospital.

He is preceded in death by his father, Leo Ferguson; and son-in-law, Hunter Bordelon.

Survivors include his daughters, Kelsi F. Davis (Clayton) of Bunkie and Kassadi Ferguson (Jacob) of Dupont; the mother of his children, Yolanda; his mother, Jo Rollins Ferguson of Bunkie; his siblings, Jeana Galland of Moreauville. Leon "Scoot" Ferguson of Bunkie and April Ferguson of Bunkie; and his grandchildren, Karter Bordelon, Isaiah Davis and Eden Davis.

Friends may visit on Tuesday from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. with a service at 7:00 p.m. by Bro. David Ducote and Wednesday from 8:00 a.m. until the time of service at 10:00 a.m. at Hixson-Ducote Funeral Home of Bunkie.

Pallbearers will include:  Jerry Gibbs, Johnny Martin, Garrett Ferguson, Todd Bernard, Robbie Deville and Fred Carmouche.  Honorary pallbearers include; Leon Ferguson, Clayton Davis, Jacob LaCour and Cody Bernard.
