LACY WILFRED RABALAIS
Funeral services for Lacy Rabalais will be at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 9, 2013 at St. Charles Catholic Church in Goudeau with the Rev. Bartholomew Ibe officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Hixson-Ducote Funeral Home of Bunkie.
Mr. Rabalais, age 85 of Bunkie, passed away on Monday, May 06, 2013 at the Bayou Vista Nursing Home.
He is preceded in death by a son; Mark Stevens Rabalais; his parents, Wade L. and Lelia Gauthier Rabalais; a brother, Alvin Rabalais; and a sister, Evelyn Stapleton.
Survivors include three sons; James Brent Rabalais of Lafayette, Christopher Dale Rabalais of Cottonport, and Timothy Paul Rabalais and his wife Dena of Sunset; one daughter, Nancy R. Howard and her husband Donald of Bunkie; one brother, Gerald Rabalais of Bunkie; one sister, Judy Gaspard of New Roads; and two grandchildren, Jacintha Lynn Howard of Evergreen and Blake Joseph Rabalais of Sunset.
Friends may call from 9:00 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. on Thursday at Hixson-Ducote Funeral Home of Bunkie.
