Funeral services for Kevin Redmond will be held at 12:30 p.m. on Friday, July 23, 2021 at Hixson-Ducote Funeral Home of Plaucheville with the Rev. Martin Laird officiating.  Burial will follow at a later time.  Arrangements are under the direction of Hixson-Ducote Funeral Home of Plaucheville.

Mr. Redmond, age 60 of Plaucheville, passed away on Saturday, July 17, 2021 at his residence.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Dorothy Scallan Redmond; his wife, Jeannie Stelly Redmond; and a brother, Marty Redmond.

Survivors include his brothers, Gary Redmond and wife Lynn of Plaucheville, Casey Redmond of Alaska; his sister, Jackie Redmond of Simmesport; his step-mother, Margaret Redmond of Eight Mile, AL his step-siblings, Cindy Patton of Tennessee, Chuck Billiot of Covington, Chris Billiot of New Orleans, Kerri Cox Bodden of Eight Mile, AL and Johnny Cox of Hammond; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Friends may visit with the family on Friday from 10:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at Hixson-Ducote Funeral Home of Plaucheville, with the service at 12:30 p.m.
