Obituary
Kevin James Desoto, age 55 of Bayou Jacque, passed away on Sunday, May 1, 2016 at his residence. Arrangements are under the direction of Hixson-Ducote Funeral Home of Bunkie.
Mr. DeSoto is preceded in death by his father, Signa James DeSoto.
Survivors include his mother, Katherine Dufour DeSoto of Lafayette; two sisters, Janice DeSoto Goodlett and her husband James of Prairieville and Debra Ann DeSoto of Bayou Jacque; one niece Karen Goodlett Sparks and her husband James of Prairieville; and two great-nephews, Ian and Austin Sparks of Prairieville.
