Joyce Turner Milligan, age 94 of Bunkie, passed away on Saturday, January 29, 2022 at her residence.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Edley and Velma Cullen Turner and a brother, Alfred Turner.

Survivors include her husband of 75 years, Earlin J. Milligan of Bunkie; her son, Ronald Milligan and wife Donna of Bunkie; brother, James Turner and wife Jerri of Evergreen; sister, Diane T. Fogleman and husband Lynn of Marksville; grandchildren, Tammy Misner (Dan) and Michael Milligan and great-grandchildren, Haley Hales and Lucas Deshautelle.
