JOHN WILLIAM STAMPER
Funeral services for John Stamper will be at 11:00 a.m. Monday, May 24, 2010 at the Centerville Baptist Church with the Rev. Jerry Adams officiating. Burial will follow in the Griffin Hills Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Hixson-Ducote Funeral Home of Bunkie.
Mr. Stamper, age 61 of Tickfaw, passed away on Friday, May 21, 2010 at his residence.
Survivors include his son, John W. Stamper, Jr. of Hammond; a sister, Sherry Ann Gobert and her husband Wilfred of Erwinville; a brother, Donald Stamper of Russell Springs, KY; two nieces, Michelle Gobert and Andrea Kent; and his caregiver, Vicky McCarroll.
Friends may call from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. on Sunday and 8:00 a.m. until the time of service at 11:00 a.m. on Monday at the Centerville Baptist Church.
