Funeral services for Jeffery Wright will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, March 12, 2022 in the chapel of Hixson-Ducote Funeral Home of Bunkie with Rev. John Wiltse officiating.  Arrangements are under the direction of Hixson-Ducote Funeral Home of Bunkie.

Mr. Wright, beloved brother, father, son, uncle and friend, passed away on Thursday, March 3, 2022 in Alexandria, at the age of 52.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Connie Jean Ary.

Survivors include his spouse of 30 years, Deborah Allbright of Bunkie; his son, Justin Ferrell of Othello, WA; daughter, Ayden Underwood of Bakersfield, CA; his sister, Marcy Wright of Casper, WY; six grandchildren; aunts and uncles, Linda & Mike Brownen, Caroline Rodriguez, Curtis Ary and Alvis Ary; nieces, Amanda Wright, Ashlee Lewis and Cassey Wright and numerous cousins; his extended Louisiana family, Randall and Sharon Ducote and the entire Ducote Family, Chad and Kelly Middlebrooks, Whitney Wilson and William Voorhies.

Friends may visit on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. with the service at 1:30 p.m.
