A Mass of Christian Burial for Jeanette Armand will be held at 12:00 noon on Tuesday, November 5, 2024 at the KC Hall in Bunkie with Msgr. Stephen Scott Chemino officiating.  Burial will follow in the St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery in Cottonport.  Arrangements are under the direction of Hixson-Ducote Funeral Home of Bunkie.

Mrs. Armand, age 88 of Bunkie, passed away on Thursday, October 31, 2024 at the Bayou Vista Community Care Center.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Harold Armand; her two sons, Barton Armand and Craig Armand; and a sister, Berline Hopwood.

Survivors include her grandsons, Craig Armand, Jr. and wife Karla, Joshua Armand and wife Dana, and Jeremy Armand; a daughter-in-law, Marian Armand; two sisters, Diane Cox and husband Hank and Betty Dauzat; great-grandchildren, Noah Armand, Liam Armand and Naomi Stewart-Armand.

Friends may visit on Tuesday at Hixson-Ducote Funeral Home in Bunkie from 9:00 a.m. until 11:45 a.m.
