HILDA MARCOTTE PILGREEN HAW
Funeral services for Hilda Haw will be at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 7, 2013 in the chapel of Hixson-Ducote Funeral Home of Bunkie with the Bro. Bob Braly officiating. Burial will follow in the Morrow Baptist Church. Arrangements are under the direction of Hixson-Ducote Funeral Home of Bunkie.
Mrs. Haw, age 90 of Morrow, was born November 7, 1922 and passed away on Thursday, September 5, 2013 in Lebeau.
She was a loving mother and grandmother, a homemaker and dedicated member of the Morrow Baptist Church.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Gordon "Bo" Haw; her parents, Abraham and Mammie Fruge Marcotte; brothers, Curis, Leo and Clayton Marcotte; and a sister, Clara Marcotte Clark.
She is survived by a son, Mike (Karen) Pilgreen of Lebeau; a daughter Pat (Charles) Cason of Bunkie; five grandsons, Todd and Seth Cason, Chris (Natalie), Chad (Louise), and Chase (Claire) Pilgreen; 10 great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren; one sister, Viola Broussard of Vinton; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will include: Todd Cason, Chris, Chad and Chase Pilgreen, Buddy Haw, Tommy Marcotte and Ronnie Broussard.
Friends may call from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. on Friday and 8:00 a.m. until the time of service at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday at Hixson-Ducote Funeral Home of Bunkie.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
