Funeral services for Gayle Sparks will be at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, June 6, 2016 at the Lone Pine Assembly of God Church with the Bro. Jack Osteen officiating. Burial will follow in the Griffin Hills Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Hixson-Ducote Funeral Home of Bunkie.

Mrs. Sparks, age 79 of Lone Pine, passed away on Friday, June 3, 2016 at Grace Home.

She is preceded in death by her parents; Farrell and Bonnie Frances Hammond Craft; a grandson, Joshua Sparks; and a sister, Valda Loy Craft Hardy.

Survivors include her three sons; William Craft Sparks of Denham Springs, Patrick Craig Sparks and wife Cheryl of Lone Pine; and John Eric Sparks of Ville Platte; a daughter-in-law, Diane Sparks of Denham Springs; 5 grandchildren, Ryan Sparks and Miranda, Tyler Sparks and wife Cydney, Morgan Sparks, Dr. Brandy Sparks Basso and husband chad, and Jeremy Sparks; and her great-grandchildren, Jackson, Joshua Ryan, Sawyer, Axton, Tristan Sadie, Wyatt, Damon, Charlie, Nellie, Griffin, Avery, Alex, Madelyn, Gunnar and Landon.

Friends may call from 5:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. on Sunday at Hixson-Ducote Funeral Home of Bunkie and 8:00 a.m. until the time of service at 10:00 a.m. at Lone Pine Assembly of God.
