A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 12, 2015 at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church with the Rev. George Krosfield officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Hixson-Ducote Funeral Home of Bunkie.

Mrs. Mayeux, age 90 of Dupont, passed away on Tuesday, December 8, 2015, at the Avoyelles Manor Nursing Home.

She is preceded in death by her husbands; James "Buddy" Wright, Foster Guillory, Sr., Wade Mayeux and Norwood Armand; a son, David Robert Guillory; a step-daughter, Teenie Armand Tassin; her parents, Harry Edward and Stella Mae Roberts Newcomb; and her siblings, Bertha Carpenter, Clara Lee Bryant, Frank Newcomb, Bessie Whately, and Wilbert Newcomb.

Survivors include her children; Rebecca Anne Rabalais and husband Ned of Walker, Joseph Guillory of Denham Springs, Janet Kimball and husband Norris of Plaucheville, and Gerald Wayne Guillory of Plaucheville, Carl P. Guillory and wife Brenda of Moreauville, Foster Guillory, Jr. of Slidell, Brenda Savant of Plaucheville and Arthur Guillory and wife Kim of Prairieville; 19 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.

Friends may call from 8:00 a.m. until 12:45 p.m. on Saturday at the Immaculate Conception Church Hall in Dupont.
