A Mass of Christian Burial for Geneva LaBorde will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 26, 2022 at St. Peter Catholic Church in Bordelonville with Rev. Louis Sklar officiating.   Burial will follow in the Sacred Heart Mausoleum in Moreauville.

Ms. LaBorde, age 76 of Bordelonville, passed away on Sunday, November 13, 2022 at Riviere de Soleil in Mansura.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Minnie Lemoine Brulte and brother, Levy Brulte.

Survivors include her sons; Steven LaBorde and wife Wendy of Benbrook, TX and Christopher LaBorde and wife Dawn of Loxahatchee, FL; sister, Ethel Aguzin and husband Joey of Metairie; her grandchildren, Matthew, Benjamin, Austin, Britney and Carly; great-grandchildren, Jackson and Ezra; her aunt, Mary Ann Lemoine Bardwell; and her nieces and nephews, Barbara Guerra, Joseph Aguzin, Monica Garza, Andre LaBorde, Kim Bohling and Laurie Starnes.

Friends may visit from 10:00 a.m. until 10:45 a.m. in the St. Peter's Church Hall.  Arrangements are under the direction of Hixson-Ducote Funeral Home of Bunkie.
