FRANKIE B. PRINGLE
Funeral services for Frankie Pringle will be at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, July 18, 2010 at the Good Hope Primitive Baptist Church in Forrest Hill with the Bro. Henry Prentiss officiating. Burial will follow in the Paul Cemetery in Forrest Hill. Arrangements are under the direction of Hixson-Ducote Funeral Home of Bunkie.
Mrs. Pringle, age 79 of Forrest Hill, passed away on Saturday, July 17, 2010 at the Grace Home in Alexandria.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Julia Barkdull; a sister, Violet Nugent; a brother, Guy Barkdull and a half brother, Ashley Duck.
Survivors include her husband of 60 years, Douglas Pringle of Forrest Hill; two sons, James "Pat" Pringle and wife Mary of Forrest Hill and Steven Pringle of Forrest Hill; three daughters, Lona Foote and husband Greg of Cheneyville, Jeanette Barnett of Forrest Hill, and LeAnn Young and husband John of Opelousas; eight grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will include; Casey Foote, Josh Foote, Tyler Franklin, Jason Lampkin, John Young, and Mika Barnett. Honorary pallbearers will be Timothy Young and Toby Young.
Friends may call from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at 2:00 p.m. at the Good Hope Primitive Baptist Church in Forrest Hill.
