A Mass of Christian Burial for Fleeta Chautin will be held at 11:00 a.m.  on Tuesday, May 25, 2020 at St. Peter's Catholic Church in Morrow with the Rev. James Fallon officiating.  Burial will follow in the St. Catherine's Cemetery in Rosa.  Arrangements are under the direction of Hixson-Ducote Funeral Home of Bunkie.

Mrs. Chautin, age 86 of Rosa, passed away on Saturday, May 22, 2021 at her residence.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Floyd Joseph Chautin; sons, Tony Chautin and Joseph Chautin; a daughter, Mary C. Myers; and a grandson, Will Chautin

Survivors include a son, Andy Chautin of Rosa; two daughters, Maria Chautin Dixon of Plaucheville and Rose C. Ducote of Henderson; one brother, Charles Hudspeth of Amite; 11 grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren and several great-great-grandchildren.

Friends may visit on Tuesday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service at 11:00 a.m. at St. Peter's Catholic Church in Morrow.
