EVE THIBODEAUX
A funeral mass for Eve Thibodeaux will be at 12:00 noon on Wednesday, June 6, 2013 at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in Bunkie with the Rev. Joseph Xavier officiating. Burial will follow in the Pythian Cemetery in Bunkie. Arrangements are under the direction of Hixson-Ducote Funeral Home of Bunkie.
Ms. Thibodeaux, age 95 of Bunkie, formerly of Morrow, passed away on Monday, June 03, 2013 at Bayou Vista Nursing Home in Bunkie.
She is preceded in death by her parents; Lucien and Amelia Smith Thibodeaux; her brothers, Ellis Thibodeaux, Henry Thibodeaux, and Sidney Thibodeaux, Sr.; her sisters, Bernadette T. Barron, Alice T. Venable, Lillian T. Firmin, Agnes T. Kennedy, Olivia T. Moses and Amelia Thibodeaux.
Survivors include numerous nieces and nephews.
Friends may call from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. on Tuesday and 10:00 a.m. until 11:45 a.m. on Wednesday at Hixson-Ducote Funeral Home of Bunkie. A wake service will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home.
