Carol Ann Paul

A Mass of Christian Burial for Carol Ann Paul will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Monday, May 20, 2024 at Church of the Little Flower with Msgr. Stephen Scott Chemino officiating.  Burial will follow in the Bayou Rouge Baptist Cemetery in Evergreen.  Arrangements are under the direction of Hixson-Ducote Funeral Home of Bunkie.

Mrs. Paul, age 74 of Hessmer, passed away on Thursday, May 16, 2024 at her residence.

Survivors include her husband of years, Jerry S. Paul, daughter, Dawn Renee Paul Barker and husband Steve of Gonzales; her grandchildren, Brandon Debebar, Corey Debebar (Karime), Kelsey Robert (Kody), Tiffany Hathcox (Jacob), Camryn Barker (Chino); and her great-grandchildren, Knox and Krue, one brother, Johnny Redmon (Wanda) of Bunkie, two sisters, Janell Cheek of Evergreen, and Crystal Jeansonne (Carl) of Evergreen.

Friends may visit on Monday from 9:00 a.m. until 11:30 p.m. at Hixson-Ducote Funeral Home of Bunkie.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Marion and Mildred Redmon, and one daughter, Jackie Lynn Paul.
