BRENT MICHAEL GOUDEAU
Funeral services for Brent Goudeau will be at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, May 23, 2014 at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church with the Rev. Scott Chemino officiating. Burial will follow in the Pythian Cemetery in Bunkie. Arrangements are under the direction of Hixson-Ducote Funeral Home of Bunkie.
Mr. Goudeau, age 53 of Goudeau, passed away on Wednesday, May 21, 2014 at his residence.
He was employed with Exxon Oil for 28 years.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents; Rufus and Mary Goudeau, and Milburn and Lonie Lemoine; and a brother-in-law, Chad Golson.
Survivors include his wife of 26 years; Veronica Laborde Goudeau of Goudeau; two sons, Seth Goudeau and Adam Goudeau of Goudeau; his daughter, Emily Goudeau of Goudeau; a granddaughter, Raynee Goudeau; his parents, Herbert and Alice Goudeau of Bunkie; his sister, DeLaine Golson of Lafayette; and his in-laws, Ronnie and JoAnn Clausen of Evergreen and Roderick Laborde of Cottonport.
Pallbearers will include; Adam Goudeau, Seth Goudeau, Ronnie Durand, Kirk Kelley, Keith Kelley, Glenn Goudeau, Ricky Leggit, Nick Richard and Ray Ducote.
Friends may call from 5:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. on Thursday and 8:00 a.m. until 9:45 a.m. on Friday at Hixson-Ducote Funeral Home of Bunkie. A rosary will be cited at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
