BETTY TUPPER COMEAUX

Funeral services for Betty Comeaux will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 12, 2022 in the chapel of Hixson-Ducote Funeral Home of Bunkie with Bro. David Newton officiating.  Burial will follow in the Pythian Cemetery.  Arrangements are under the direction of Hixson-Ducote Funeral Home of Bunkie.

Mrs. Comeaux, age 92 of Cheneyville, passed away on Wednesday, November 9, 2022 at the Riviere de Soleil Nursing Home in Mansura.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Paul Comeaux; her son, Ira Comeaux; her parents, Ira and Arlene Fontenot Tupper; and 12 siblings.

Survivors include her two daughters, Vivian Lachney (Mervin) of Lone Pine and Jeana Galland of Alexandria; her grandchildren, Michelle Lachney, Becky Cook, Brandon Lachney, Heather Lachney, Crystal Blue, Amanda Galland, Jake Galland, Tessa Galland and Tyler Galland and 13 great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will include; Brandon Lachney, Jake Galland, Tyler Galland, Hayden Lachney, Ethan Lachney and Joe Comeaux.

Friends may visit on Friday from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and Saturday from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service at 3:00 p.m. at Hixson-Ducote Funeral Home of Bunkie.
