ANTHONY SAUSEDA
Funeral services for Anthony Sauseda will be at 10:00 a.m. on Sunday, December 4, 2011 in the chapel of Hixson-Ducote Funeral Home with the Bro. Harry Johnson and David Ducote officiating. Burial will follow in the Wells Cemetery in Lecompte. Arrangements are under the direction of Hixson-Ducote Funeral Home of Bunkie.
Mr. Sauseda, age 89 of Pollock, formerly of Bunkie, passed away on Friday, December 2, 2011 at the Woodhaven Nursing Home in Pollock.
He is preceded in death by a daughter; Retha Madrigal; brother, Curry Sauseda; and two sisters, Mary Madrigal and Julia Silva.
Survivors include his wife of 64 years, Theresa Madrigal Sauseda of Pollock; two sons, Antonio Sauseda of Bentley, and Benito Sauseda of Pineville; two daughters, Ann Savage and her husband Donnell of Bunkie, and Dianna Huntsberry and her husband Byron of Pollock; one brother, Joseph Sauseda, Sr. of Bunkie; 14 grandchildren; 45 great-grandchildren and 7 great-great-grandchildren.
Friends may call from 5:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. on Saturday and 8:00 a.m. until the time of service at 10:00 a.m. on Sunday at the funeral Home.
