ALVIN "MITT" BUTLER
Graveside services for Alvin "Mitt" Butler will be at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday November 24, 2012 at the Bayou Rouge Baptist Cemetery with the Bro. David Trimber officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Hixson-Ducote Funeral Home of Bunkie.
Mr. Butler, age 81 of Harvey, passed away on Wednesday, November 21, 2012 at Oshner Medical Center.
He is preceded in death by his parents; Mae Dee Moseley and Bill Butler; and brother, Billy Butler. He was also a U.S. Army veteran and was stationed in Germany during the Korean War.
Survivors include his wife, Deanna Beaubouef Butler; his children, Michael Butler (Cathy), Bill Butler (Jennifer), and Julie Butler; and grandchildren, Ashley and Dylan Butler.
Friends may call from 9:00 a.m. until 10:45 a.m. at Hixson-Ducote Funeral Home of Bunkie.
